FAQ

Q1. What is Mokuhanga?

Mokuhanga (木版画) is the traditional Japanese art of woodblock printing, using water-based pigments and handmade washi paper. Each print is crafted by hand using techniques passed down over centuries.

Q2. Are these original antique prints?

No. This is an authentic Mokuhanga reproduction — a faithful handcraft produced using traditional Japanese woodblock printing techniques. It is not an antique original print.

Q3. How are the prints packaged and shipped?

Each print is carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid protective tube or flat package to ensure safe delivery.

Q4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

Q5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, MOK.art ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for full details. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@mok.art within 7 days of delivery.

Q7. How do I care for my print?
